[I did most of these from memory - if you can recall another, send it in!]

--As in PoA, when Harry wakes up from his Voldemort nightmare at the Burrow, it's by Hermione he sees and hears first, leaning over him and asking if he's all right.

--When Lucius Malfoy derides Harry, Hermione, and the Weasleys at the Quidditch World Cup, Harry takes Hermione's shoulder protectively and turns her away from the Malfoys with him.

--After the Death Eaters attack the World Cup, Harry is separated from everyone else in the frenzy; Hermione screams his name several times as she tries to fight her way back to him and is swept away by the panicked crowd.

--When Harry is reunited with Hermione and Ron, she grabs his arm in relief.  They're almost immediately attacked by Aurors who think they cast the Dark Mark; Harry's arm goes protectively around Hermione, who remains clinging onto his arm after the misunderstanding is cleared.

--On the train to Hogwarts, Harry absently rubs his scar.  Hermione immediately looks up and notices, asking him if his scar is hurting again.  He tries to deny it, but she doesn't believe him, coaxing him to write to Sirius about it and his nightmare.

--After Harry's name comes out of the Goblet, he seems unable to move when Dumbledore calls his name; it's only when Hermione takes his arm and pushes him forward that he is able to move forward.

--Before the First Task, Harry is fidgeting worriedly in the champions' tent.  He hears someone psst, and Hermione whispering if he's there.  He goes up to the flap where she's standing on the other side.  She asks how she is, and tries to assure him, but worry soon takes hold and she leaps through the tent flap with a whimper, hugging Harry tightly; his arms reflexively go around her as well.  "Young love!  How... stirring," Rita Skeeter says, as she catches the two of them, before Krum snaps and tells her to leave. When Dumbledore and the other adults come in to brief the champions on the task, Hermione instinctively takes Harry's arm in her hand, and it's only when Dumbledore notices her that she realizes she should leave.

-- For the first several moments he's in the pen with the Horntail, Harry is panicking, and it seems only after Hermione screams from the stands for him to use his wand that he seems to snap out of it.

-- When Harry appears again after disappearing from sight of the stands for most of the Task, Hermione jumps up and down, shrieking excitedly and clapping.

-- When Harry turns around to see Hermione come down the stairs at the Yule Ball, there's a look of surprised awe on his face, which turns to a smile.  Moments later as Hermione walks by as Viktor escorts her into the Great Hall, she flashes Harry a grin and sheepish wave.

-- One scene finds Harry and Hermione alone on a bridge, Hermione scolding Harry for lying to her about having figured out the clue for the Second Task.  Harry counters that Viktor's probably already figured it out, and Hermione says they don't talk about the tournament - that they don't talk much at all, since Viktor's more of a 'physical being.'  Harry grins at her unintended double entendre; Hermione notices and tries to elaborate, but he continues to grin, and she does as well.  She suddenly turns serious again, asking if he really has figured out the task - she she tells him she's scared for him, that she doesn't think nerve will be enough to succeed this time.  When Cedric interrupts them and Harry goes to talk to him, Hermione remains with a worried and sad look on her face, and the look remains there as she walks away.

-- The Trio are in the library in a last-minute cram section before the Second Task, trying to help Harry. He and Hermione think out loud, attempting to puzzle out the meaning of the merpeople's song, but come no closer, and Harry gets snappish. Hermione comes over and sits down next to him, placing an arm on his shoulder and trying to reassure him.

-- After Harry emerges shivering from the lake after the second task, Hermione immediately dives to his side, wrapping blankets around him.  Grinning, she tells him she thinks he behaved admirably.  When he tries to shrug it off, she takes both sides of his face and kisses him on the head, holding his head for another moment. She remains by his side, rubbing his shoulders to try to warm him. She holds onto his shoulder, turning him to her and grinning when it's announced he's won second place for the task.

-- The final Trio scene of the movie.  After a lighthearted moment, Hermione suddenly stops and gets an oddly wistful look on her face, asking if everything is going to change now.  After a moment, Harry walks up to her, resting a hand on her shoulder as he says simply, "Yes."  His hand remains on her shoulder for a few moments as the three begin to walk again.  Hermione asks if they'll both write to her over the summer.  Ron firmly refuses, and Hermione eagerly turns to Harry, asking if he will.  "Yeah, every week," he says, almost glibly.
